Which options are available
The Frankfurt Card comes in two variations: the duration (1 or 2 days) and the number of travellers (individual or group card for up to 5 people). This gives you four options. Every option includes the same benefits: free travel throughout the Frankfurt city area including the airport, plus 20 to 100% discount at over 38 attractions.
The 1-day individual card covers one person for one calendar day, valid until end of service the following morning. The 2-day individual card extends this to two consecutive days - practical for a weekend in Frankfurt. Both are also available as a group card for up to 5 people on a single shared card, which is the clear money-saver for families and small groups.
Which option is worth it?
For a single day of sightseeing, the 1-day card is the right choice. If you are spending a weekend in Frankfurt, the 2-day card usually works out cheaper per day. Travelling with others? The group card covers everyone with one card.
Even the free travel across the entire Frankfurt city area, including airport transfers, already offsets a significant part of the card cost. The discounts at museums, tours and attractions come on top. The current price for your selection is shown live in the booking widget above.
A note for families travelling with children: children under 6 travel free on the RMV network without a card. For older children, it is worth comparing with the children's or family admission prices at individual attractions, as the Frankfurt Card discount is applied against the standard adult rate.
